Know a friend who resides here-last 12 years-is a decent feel somewhat safe place-nice pool-hot tub-etc. He lives in a mobile home-and there are people that trailer's on the other side of the park-it get hell-a windy at times here tho-lol

It's clean, quit, with a great new manager. The new owners seam to be nice and have been spending a lot of money on things such as redoing the swimming pool, repaving streets with 4" thick assault. Replacing old really old homes they own with new ones.
